Yes, I/we want to include a welcome message celebrating Temple Israel's 105th Anniversary!

The tribute book will be given to all attendees of our anniversary party on Saturday, May 17, 2025, and all of our celebratory events filling out the rest of 2025.  The booklet will be 5.5 inches wide and 8.5 inches long. Please complete this form to begin the process of paying for your submission.
