Since Hebrew Free Loan began in 1897, more than 50,000 families in the Bay Area have received assistance. Each year, HFLA helps over 350 people achieve their goals and pave the way toward greater financial health and future success.

Through interest-free loans, we offer people a helping hand, rather than a handout.  It is central to our mission that each person be treated with dignity and respect. All information is kept confidential.
